We would prefer for you to collect your trees so that we can offer face to face service. If you would like to collect then please place your order through the website and select the collection option at the checkout.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the checkout. If the checkout does not accept your postcode (e.g. we do not as yet deliver to UK offshore islands or the Highlands) we may still be able to help.
Our standard delivery charge for all tree orders for up to 10 trees is £14.99, £9.99 for soft fruit only and £2.99 for strawberries, which covers most UK postcodes, apart from The Highlands, Anglesey, IOM, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight. There may be a delivery option for these areas so please contact us
Packing trees within a box and making sure they get to you in prime condition takes a lot of care and preparation.
For larger trees or certain trained fan or espalier fruit trees we can deliver but they require special palletized boxes so please contact us to arrange delivery.
We do not at present deliver pot grown plants such as blueberries, kiwis or grapes via a courier. These are for collection only.
If you order a mix of fruit trees and bushes all orders are dispatched in one delivery and we can only dispatch when all plants are ready.
We will also replace any trees or plants that die in the first spring after they have been supplied as long as we are satisfied that they have been treated and planted properly.
When you place an order with us we charge your account at that time even though it may not be possible to supply the order until a later date. You can, however, cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund.
All plants are dispatched in strong cardboard boxes from November to May and are subject to quality tests at every stage of despatch.
If your trees are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Whilst we and our couriers want your trees to arrive in perfect condition, there may occasionally be some minor damage, such as to the tips of branches. This will not affect the future growth of the tree, and in fact it is often desirable to prune the tips of newly-planted fruit trees. However if the damage is serious we will make arrangements to refund / replace the trees.
If we make a mistake and deliver something different from what you ordered please let us know by email immediately. We will arrange a replacement or alternative, or a refund.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (at your cost) and get a full refund. We must be informed of this within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
